The message COMMUNICATIONS FAIL indicates communication between the chassis and facepack is not present.
Resolution: Unplug the Luxor controller and remove the RJ-11 (6 wire) Reversed cable. Reconnect the cable then reapply power to the Luxor controller. If a communication failure message reappears, replace the RJ cable.
