Luxor® App - Create Schedule

The Schedules option within the app will allow the user to create programs that will be displayed on the schedule screen and allow you to Edit, Add, or Delete an event.  The Programs are where all daily running programs are set up. Programs are set by calling up fixtures assigned to groups or themes. For more information about programs, please visit our article here.

NOTE: The scheduling feature is only available for Luxor controllers. To enable the scheduling feature on the Luxor ZD/ZDC controllers, replace the controller facepack and Wi-Fi Module (PN: Facepack = LUXFP and Wi-Fi module = WIFIMOD2).  Find an authorized FX distributor near you using our interactive Distributor Lookup.

  1. Tap Schedule at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Tap Create Schedule. The maximum number of schedules is 26.
  3. Tap to select the Days of the Week. Solid orange is on, and the orange outline is off.
  4. Tap +Add Event.
  5. Set up the Event Occurrence. This will be the time the event will occur.
  6. Set up the Lighting Effect. This will allow you to select groups and Themes for the event.
  7. Tap Save Event.

NOTE: If there is no Off function set, the lights will remain On.

Events Description
Specific Time Time events are determined by the time of day.
Sunrise Determined by the location set at Luxor controller. Sunrise can be adjusted to occur before or after a specific time.
Sunset Determined by the location set at Luxor controller. Sunset can be adjusted to occur before or after a specific time.
Groups Select specific groups for the program.
Themes Select specific Themes for the program.
All Lights Select All Lights for the program.
