  1. MAX RUN LENGTH? The maximum run length is 20’ per SRP-CC.
  2. MAX RUN LENGTH (CC to SRP-RGBW)? Using the extension cables (SRP-RGBW-EXT), the SRP-RGBW can be installed up to 100’ away from the SRP-CC.
  3. CAN I EXTEND THE SRP-RGBW STRIP LIGHT? Yes, we offer the SRP-RGBW-EXT kit. This includes two 5’ power feed extensions, allowing customers to extend the distance between the SRP-CC and SRP-RGBW strip light.
  4. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FEET OF SRP-RGBW STRIP LIGHTS RECOMMENDED ON A SINGLE 12-2 WIRE RUN? If the SRP-CC is receiving 12V, then you are OK. The low-voltage wire is only being used for the SRP-CC installation, not the actual strip light. The SRP-CC converts it to DC voltage and powers the strip light.
  5. WHAT IS THE POWER CONSUMPTION OF SRP-RGBW? 2.9VA/ft. Learn More
  6. ARE THERE SPLICING OPTIONS FOR SRP-RGBW FIXTURES? There are five 24 AWG wires inside of the SRP-RGBW. A bad slice would cause the strip to fail and/or not work. Wire nuts are not to be used. Use only the included connectors and wire lengths.
  7. CAN I BURY THE SRP-CC CONTROLLER? It is not recommended to bury the controller but the unit's solid construction and fully waterproof exterior ensure it can handle the harsh environment of any irrigation valve box.
