Einige sprechen von Frank Lloyd Wrights Fallingwater, andere hingegen erkennen Einflüsse aus antiken Gärten, wie dem Ryoan-ji in Kyoto. Die wesentlichen Komponenten einer zeitlosen Wegleuchte werden durch Form und Funktion erzeugt. So können Jahrzehnte vergehen, ohne dass das DM aus der Mode kommt. Das DM ist größer als das PF, aber kleiner als das GN, und somit die optimale Lösung für jede Anwendung.
