If the controller continues to fall off the network, the signal is most likely too low or you need to update your firmware. We always recommend the latest FIRMWARE on the controller to ensure the best functionality. Also, you may need to elevate the network router for a better signal or add a Wi-Fi booster to increase the signal at the controller. Please check the RSSI on the router using the article here for the LUXOR. The recommended minimum is 70 RSSI for a stable connection.
